34:12 Who is the man who desires life, And loves length of days that he may see good?
34:13 Keep your tongue from evil, And your lips from speaking deceit.
34:14 Depart from evil, and do good; Seek peace, and pursue it.
34:15 The eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous, And His ears are open to their cry.
34:17 The righteous cry, and the Lord hears, And delivers them out of all their troubles.
34:18 The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, And saves those who are crushed in spirit.
34:19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous;, But the Lord delivers him out of them all.
34:20 He keeps all his bones;, Not one of them is broken.
34:21 Evil shall slay the wicked;, And those who hate the righteous will be condemned.
34:22 The Lord redeems the soul of His servants;, And none of those who take refuge in Him will be condemned.
35:1 A Psalm of David. Contend, O Lord, with those who contend with me; Fight against those who fight against me.
35:2 Take hold of buckler and shield, And rise up for my help.
35:8 Let destruction come upon him unawares;, And let the net which he hid catch himself; Into that very destruction let him fall.
35:10 All my bones will say, Lord, who is like TheeYou, Who delivers the afflicted from him who is too strong for him, And the afflicted and the needy from him who robs him?
35:13 But as for me, when they were sick, my clothing was sackcloth; I humbled my soul with fasting;, And my prayer kept returning to my bosom.
35:15 But at my stumbling they rejoiced, and gathered themselves together; The smiters whom I did not know gathered together against me, They slandered me without ceasing.
35:17 Lord, how long wiltwill ThouYou look on? Rescue my soul from their ravages, My only life from the lions.
35:18 I will give TheeYou thanks in the great congregation; I will praise TheeYou among a mighty throng.
35:19 Do not let those who are wrongfully my enemies rejoice over me; NeitherNor let those who hate me without cause wink maliciously.
35:21 AndThey they opened their mouth wide against me; They said, Aha, aha, our eyes have seen it!
35:22 ThouYou hasthave seen it, O Lord, do not keep silent; O Lord, do not be far from me.
35:23 Stir up ThyselfYourself, and awake to my right, And to my cause, my God and my Lord.
35:24 Judge me, O Lord my God, according to ThyYour righteousness;, And do not let them rejoice over me.
35:28 And my tongue shall declare ThyYour righteousness And ThyYour praise all day long.
36:1 For the choir director. A Psalm of David the servant of the Lord. Transgression speaks to the ungodly within his heart; There is no fear of God before his eyes.
36:2 For it flatters him in his own eyes, Concerning the discovery of his iniquity and the hatred of it.
36:5 ThyYour lovingkindness, O Lord, extends to the heavens, ThyYour faithfulness reaches to the skies.
36:6 ThyYour righteousness is like the mountains of God; ThyYour judgments are like a great deep. O Lord, ThouYou preservestpreserve man and beast.
36:7 How precious is ThyYour lovingkindness, O God! And the children of men take refuge in the shadow of ThyYour wings.
36:8 They drink their fill of the abundance of ThyYour house; And ThouYou dost give them to drink of the river of ThyYour delights.
36:9 For with TheeYou is the fountain of life; In ThyYour light we see light.
36:10 O continue ThyYour lovingkindness to those who know TheeYou, And ThyYour righteousness to the upright in heart.
37:1 A Psalm of David. Do not fret because of evildoers, Be not envious toward wrongdoers.
37:2 For they will wither quickly like the grass, And fade like the green herb.
37:3 Trust in the Lord, and do good; Dwell in the land and cultivate faithfulness.
37:6 And He will bring forth your righteousness as the light, And your judgment as the noonday.
37:8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath; Do not fret,; it leads only to evildoing.
37:10 Yet a little while and the wicked man will be no more; And you will look carefully for his place, and he will not be there.
37:11 But the humble will inherit the land, And will delight themselves in abundant prosperity.
37:12 The wicked plots against the righteous, And gnashes at him with his teeth.
37:13 The Lord laughs at him;, For He sees his day is coming.
37:14 The wicked have drawn the sword and bent their bow, To cast down the afflicted and the needy, To slay those who are upright in conduct.
37:17 For the arms of the wicked will be broken;, But the Lord sustains the righteous.
37:18 The Lord knows the days of the blameless;, And their inheritance will be forever.
37:19 They will not be ashamed in the time of evil;, And in the days of famine they will have abundance.
37:20 But the wicked will perish; And the enemies of the Lord will be like the glory of the pastures, They vanish —like smoke they vanish away.
37:22 For those blessed by Him will inherit the land;, But those cursed by Him will be cut off.
37:23 The steps of a man are established by the Lord;, And He delights in his way.
37:24 When he falls, he shallwill not be hurled headlong;, Because the Lord is the One who holds his hand.
37:25 I have been young, and now I am old;, Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, Or his descendants begging bread.
37:26 All day long he is gracious and lends;, And his descendants are a blessing.
37:27 Depart from evil, and do good, So you will abide forever.
37:28 For the Lord loves justice, And does not forsake His godly ones; They are preserved forever;, But the descendants of the wicked will be cut off.
37:29 The righteous will inherit the land, And dwell in it forever.
37:32 The wicked spies upon the righteous, And seeks to kill him.
37:33 The Lord will not leave him in his hand, Or let him be condemned when he is judged.
37:34 Wait for the Lord, and keep His way, And He will exalt you to inherit the land; When the wicked are cut off, you will see it.
37:35 I have seen a violentwicked, wickedviolent man Spreading himself like a luxuriant tree in its native soil.
37:40 AndThe the Lord helps them, and delivers them; He delivers them from the wicked, and saves them, Because they take refuge in Him.
38:1 A Psalm of David, for a memorial. O Lord, rebuke me not in ThyYour wrath;, And chasten me not in ThyYour burning anger.
38:2 For ThineYour arrows have sunk deep into me, And ThyYour hand has pressed down on me.
38:3 There is no soundness in my flesh because of ThineYour indignation; There is no health in my bones because of my sin.
38:5 My wounds grow foul and fester. Because of my folly,.
38:7 For my loins are filled with burning;, And there is no soundness in my flesh.
38:9 Lord, all my desire is before TheeYou; And my sighing is not hidden from TheeYou.
38:13 But I, like a deaf man, do not hear; And I am like a dumbmute man who does not open his mouth.
38:15 For I hope in TheeYou, O Lord; ThouYou wiltwill answer, O Lord my God.
38:19 But my enemies are vigorous and strong;, And many are those who hate me wrongfully.
39:1 For the choir director, for Jeduthun. A Psalm of David. I Saidsaid, I will guard my ways, That I may not sin with my tongue; I will guard my mouth as with a muzzle, While the wicked are in my presence.
39:2 I was dumbmute and silent, I refrained even from good;, And my sorrow grew worse.
39:3 My heart was hot within me;, While I was musing the fire burned; Then I spoke with my tongue:
39:4 Lord, make me to know my end, And what is the extent of my days,; Let me know how transient I am.
39:5 Behold, ThouYou hasthave made my days as handbreadths, And my lifetime as nothing in ThyYour sight,; Surely every man at his best is a mere breath. Selah.
39:6 Surely every man walks about as a phantom; Surely they make an uproar for nothing; He amasses riches, and does not know who will gather them.
39:7 And now, Lord, for what do I wait? My hope is in TheeYou.
39:9 I have become dumbmute, I do not open my mouth, Because it is ThouYou who hasthave done it.
39:10 Remove ThyYour plague from me; Because of the opposition of ThyYour hand, I am perishing.
39:11 With reproofs ThouYou dost chasten a man for iniquity; ThouYou dost consume as a moth what is precious to him; Surely every man is a mere breath. Selah.
39:12 Hear my prayer, O Lord, and give ear to my cry; Do not be silent at my tears; For I am a stranger with TheeYou, A sojourner like all my fathers.
39:13 Turn ThyYour gaze away from me, that I may smile again, Before I depart and am no more.
40:1 For the choir director. A Psalm of David. I Waitedwaited patiently for the Lord; And He inclined to me, and heard my cry.
40:2 He brought me up out of the pit of destruction, out of the miry clay;, And He set my feet upon a rock making my footsteps firm.
40:3 And He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God; Many will see and fear, And will trust in the Lord.
40:5 Many, O Lord my God, are the wonders which ThouYou hasthave done, And ThyYour thoughts toward us; There is none to compare with Thee; You. If I would declare and speak of them, They would be too numerous to count.
40:6 Sacrifice and meal offering ThouYou hasthave not desired; My ears ThouYou hasthave opened; Burnt offering and sin offering ThouYou hasthave not required.
40:7 Then I said, Behold, I come; In the scroll of the book it is written of me;.
40:8 I delight to do ThyYour will, O my God; ThyYour Law is within my heart.
40:9 I have proclaimed glad tidings of righteousness in the great congregation; Behold, I will not restrain my lips, O Lord, ThouYou knowestknow.
40:10 I have not hidden ThyYour righteousness within my heart; I have spoken of ThyYour faithfulness and ThyYour salvation; I have not concealed ThyYour lovingkindness and ThyYour truth from the great congregation.
40:11 ThouYou, O Lord, wiltwill not withhold ThyYour compassion from me; ThyYour lovingkindness and ThyYour truth will continually preserve me.
40:12 For evils beyond number have surrounded me; My iniquities have overtaken me, so that I am not able to see; They are more numerous than the hairs of my head;, And my heart has failed me.
40:16 Let all who seek TheeYou rejoice and be glad in TheeYou; Let those who love ThyYour salvation say continually, The Lord be magnified!

41:3 The Lord will sustain him upon his sickbed; In his illness, ThouYou dost restore him to health.
41:4 As for me, I said, O Lord, be gracious to me; Heal my soul, for I have sinned against TheeYou.
41:9 Even my close friend, in whom I trusted, Who ate my bread, Has lifted up his heel against me.
41:10 But ThouYou, O Lord, be gracious to me, and raise me up, That I may repay them.
41:11 By this I know that ThouYou artare pleased with me, Because my enemy does not shout in triumph over me.
41:12 As for me, ThouYou dost uphold me in my integrity, And ThouYou dost set me in ThyYour presence forever.
41:13 Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel, From everlasting to everlasting. Amen, and Amen.
42:1 For the choir director. A Maskil of the sons of Korah. As the deer pants for the water brooks, So my soul pants for TheeYou, O God.
42:4 These things I remember, and I pour out my soul within me. For I used to go along with the throng and lead them in procession to the house of God, With the voice of joy and thanksgiving, a multitude keeping festival.
42:6 O my God, my soul is in despair within me; Therefore I remember TheeYou from the land of the Jordan, And the peaks of Hermon, from Mount Mizar.
42:7 Deep calls to deep at the sound of ThyYour waterfalls; All ThyYour breakers and ThyYour waves have rolled over me.
42:9 I will say to God my rock, Why hasthave ThouYou forgotten me? Why do I go mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?
42:11 Why are you in despair, O my soul? And why have you become disturbed within me? Hope in God, for I shall yet praise Him, The help of my countenance, and my God.
43:2 For ThouYou artare the God of my strength; why hasthave ThouYou rejected me? Why do I go mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?
43:3 O send out ThyYour light and ThyYour truth, let them lead me; Let them bring me to ThyYour holy hill, And to ThyYour dwelling places.
43:4 Then I will go to the altar of God, To God my exceeding joy; And upon the lyre I shall praise TheeYou, O God, my God.
43:5 Why are you in despair, O my soul? And why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God, for I shall again praise Him, The help of my countenance, and my God.
44:1 For the choir director. A Maskil of the sons of Korah. O God, we have heard with our ears, Our fathers have told us, The work that ThouYou didstdid in their days, In the days of old.
44:2 ThouYou with ThineYour own hand didstdrove drive out the nations; Then ThouYou didstplanted plant them; ThouYou didstafflicted afflict the peoples, Then ThouYou didst spread them abroad.
44:3 For by their own sword they did not possess the land;, And their own arm did not save them;, But ThyYour right hand, and ThineYour arm, and the light of ThyYour presence, For ThouYou didstfavored favor them.
44:4 ThouYou artare my King, O God; Command victories for Jacob.
44:5 Through TheeYou we will push back our adversaries; Through ThyYour name we will trample down those who rise up against us.

44:8 In God we have boasted all day long, And we will give thanks to ThyYour name forever. Selah.
44:9 Yet ThouYou hasthave rejected us and brought us to dishonor, And dostdo not go out with our armies.
44:10 ThouYou dost cause us to turn back from the adversary; And those who hate us have taken spoil for themselves.
44:11 ThouYou dost give us as sheep to be eaten, And hasthave scattered us among the nations.
44:12 ThouYou dost sell ThyYour people cheaply, And hasthave not profited by their sale.
44:13 ThouYou dost make us a reproach to our neighbors, A scoffing and a derision to those around us.
44:14 ThouYou dost make us a byword among the nations, A laughingstock among the peoples.
44:15 All day long my dishonor is before me, And my humiliation has overwhelmed me,
44:17 All this has come upon us, but we have not forgotten TheeYou, And we have not dealt falsely with ThyYour covenant.
44:18 Our heart has not turned back, And our steps have not deviated from ThyYour way,
44:19 Yet ThouYou hasthave crushed us in a place of jackals, And covered us with the shadow of death.
44:20 If we had forgotten the name of our God, Or extended our hands to a strange god;,
44:22 But for ThyYour sake we are killed all day long; We are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.
44:23 Arouse ThyselfYourself, why dostdo ThouYou sleep, O Lord? Awake, do not reject us forever.
44:24 Why dostdo ThouYou hide ThyYour face, And forget our affliction and our oppression?

73:4 For there are no pains in their death;, And their body is fat.
73:5 They are not in trouble as other men;, Nor are they plagued like mankind.
73:8 They mock, and wickedly speak of oppression; They speak from on high.
73:10 Therefore his people return to this place;, And waters of abundance are drunk by them.
73:11 AndThey they say, How does God know? And is there knowledge with the Most High?
73:13 Surely in vain I have kept my heart pure, And washed my hands in innocence;
73:14 For I have been stricken all day long, And chastened every morning.
73:15 If I had said, I will speak thus, Behold, I shouldwould have betrayed the generation of ThyYour children.
73:18 Surely ThouYou dost set them in slippery places; ThouYou dost cast them down to destruction.
73:20 Like a dream when one awakes, O Lord, when aroused, ThouYou wiltwill despise their form.
73:21 When my heart was embittered, And I was pierced within,
73:22 Then I was senseless and ignorant; I was like a beast before TheeYou.

73:27 For, behold, those who are far from TheeYou will perish; ThouYou hasthave destroyed all those who are unfaithful to TheeYou.
73:28 But as for me, the nearness of God is my good; I have made the Lord God my refuge, That I may tell of all ThyYour works.
74:1 A Maskil of Asaph. O God, why hasthave ThouYou rejected us forever? Why does ThineYour anger smoke against the sheep of ThyYour pasture?
74:2 Remember ThyYour congregation, which ThouYou hasthave purchased of old, Which ThouYou hasthave redeemed to be the tribe of ThineYour inheritance; And this Mount Zion, where ThouYou hasthave dwelt.
74:3 Turn ThyYour footsteps toward the perpetual ruins; The enemy has damaged everything within the sanctuary.
74:4 ThineYour adversaries have roared in the midst of ThyYour meeting place; They have set up their own standards for signs.
74:7 They have burned ThyYour sanctuary to the ground; They have defiled the dwelling place of ThyYour name.
74:10 How long, O God, will the adversary revile, And the enemy spurn ThyYour name forever?
74:11 Why dostdo ThouYou withdraw ThyYour hand, even ThyYour right hand? From within ThyYour bosom, destroy them!
74:13 ThouYou didstdivided divide the sea by ThyYour strength; ThouYou didstbroke break the heads of the sea monsters in the waters.
74:14 ThouYou didstcrushed crush the heads of Leviathan; ThouYou didstgave give him as food for the creatures of the wilderness.
74:15 ThouYou didstbroke break open springs and torrents; ThouYou didstdried dry up ever flowing streams.
74:16 ThineYours is the day, ThineYours also is the night; ThouYou hasthave prepared the light and the sun.
74:17 ThouYou hasthave established all the boundaries of the earth; ThouYou hasthave made summer and winter.
74:18 Remember this, O Lord, that the enemy has reviled;, And a foolish people has spurned ThyYour name.
74:19 Do not deliver the soul of ThyYour turtledove to the wild beast; Do not forget the life of ThineYour afflicted forever.
74:21 Let not the oppressed return dishonored; Let the afflicted and needy praise ThyYour name.
74:22 Do ariseArise, O God, and plead ThineYour own cause; Remember how the foolish man reproaches TheeYou all day long.

76:2 And His tabernacle is in Salem; His dwelling place also is in Zion.
76:3 There He broke the flaming arrows, The shield, and the sword, and the weapons of war. Selah.
76:4 ThouYou artare resplendent, More majestic than the mountains of prey.
76:5 The stouthearted were plundered;, They sank into sleep; And none of the warriors could use his hands.
76:6 At ThyYour rebuke, O God of Jacob, Both rider and horse were cast into a dead sleep.
76:7 ThouYou, even ThouYou, artare to be feared; And who may stand in ThyYour presence when once ThouYou artare angry?
76:8 ThouYou didstcaused cause judgment to be heard from heaven; The earth feared, and was still,
76:10 For the wrath of man shall praise TheeYou; With a remnant of wrath ThouYou shaltwill gird ThyselfYourself.
77:1 For the choir director; according to Jeduthun. A Psalm of Asaph. My voice rises to God, and I will cry aloud; My voice rises to God, and He will hear me.
77:4 ThouYou hasthave held my eyelids open; I am so troubled that I cannot speak.
77:6 I will remember my song in the night; I will meditate with my heart;, And my spirit ponders.:
77:9 Has God forgotten to be gracious?, Or has He in anger withdrawn His compassion? Selah.
77:11 I shall remember the deeds of the Lord; Surely I will remember ThyYour wonders of old.
77:12 I will meditate on all ThyYour work, And muse on ThyYour deeds.
77:13 ThyYour way, O God, is holy; What god is great like our God?
77:14 ThouYou artare the God who workestworks wonders; ThouYou hasthave made known ThyYour strength among the peoples.
77:15 ThouYou hasthave by ThyYour power redeemed ThyYour people, The sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah.
77:16 The waters saw TheeYou, O God; The waters saw TheeYou, they were in anguish; The deeps also trembled.
77:17 The clouds poured out water; The skies gave forth a sound; ThyYour arrows flashed here and there.
77:18 The sound of ThyYour thunder was in the whirlwind; The lightnings lit up the world; The earth trembled and shook.
77:19 ThyYour way was in the sea, And ThyYour paths in the mighty waters, And ThyYour footprints may not be known.
77:20 ThouYou didstled leadYour Thy people like a flock, By the hand of Moses and Aaron.
78:1 A Maskil of Asaph. Listen, O my people, to my instruction; Incline your ears to the words of my mouth.
78:5 For He established a testimony in Jacob, And appointed a law in Israel, Which He commanded our fathers, That they should teach them to their children,
78:7 That they should put their confidence in God, And not forget the works of God, But keep His commandments,
78:8 And not be like their fathers, A stubborn and rebellious generation, A generation that did not prepare its heart, And whose spirit was not faithful to God.
78:10 They did not keep the covenant of God, And refused to walk in His law;
78:11 AndThey they forgot His deeds, And His miracles that He had shown them.
78:12 He wrought wonders before their fathers, In the land of Egypt, in the field of Zoan.
78:13 He divided the sea, and caused them to pass through;, And He made the waters stand up like a heap.
78:14 Then He led them with the cloud by day, And all the night with a light of fire.
78:15 He split the rocks in the wilderness, And gave them abundant drink like the ocean depths.
78:16 He brought forth streams also from the rock, And caused waters to run down like rivers.
78:20 Behold, He struck the rock, so that waters gushed out, And streams were overflowing; Can He give bread also? Will He provide meat for His people?
78:21 Therefore the Lord heard and was full of wrath,; And a fire was kindled against Jacob, And anger also mounted against Israel;,
78:22 Because they did not believe in God, And did not trust in His salvation.
78:23 Yet He commanded the clouds above, And opened the doors of heaven;
78:24 And He rained down manna upon them to eat, And gave them food from heaven.
78:26 He caused the east wind to blow in the heavens; And by His power He directed the south wind.
78:29 So they ate and were well filled;, And their desire He gave to them.
78:31 The anger of God rose against them, And killed some of their stoutest ones, And subdued the choice men of Israel.
78:32 In spite of all this they still sinned, And did not believe in His wonderful works.
78:33 So He brought their days to an end in futility, And their years in sudden terror.
78:36 But they deceived Him with their mouth, And lied to Him with their tongue.
78:38 But He, being compassionate, forgave their iniquity, and did not destroy them; And often He restrained His anger, And did not arouse all His wrath.
78:40 How often they rebelled against Him in the wilderness, And grieved Him in the desert!
78:41 AndAgain again and again they tempted God, And pained the Holy One of Israel.
78:43 When He performed His signs in Egypt, And His marvels in the field of Zoan,
78:45 He sent among them swarms of flies, which devoured them, And frogs which destroyed them.
78:46 He gave also their crops to the grasshopper, And the product of their labor to the locust.
78:47 He destroyed their vines with hailstones, And their sycamore trees with frost.
78:48 He gave over their cattle also to the hailstones, And their herds to bolts of lightning.
78:49 He sent upon them His burning anger, Fury, and indignation, and trouble, A band of destroying angels.
78:51 And smote all the firstfirstborn born in Egypt, The first issue of their virility in the tents of Ham.
78:52 But He led forth His own people like sheep, And guided them in the wilderness like a flock;
78:53 And He led them safely, so that they did not fear; But the sea engulfed their enemies.
78:55 He also drove out the nations before them, And He apportioned them for an inheritance by measurement, And made the tribes of Israel dwell in their tents.
78:56 Yet they tempted and rebelled against the Most High God, And did not keep His testimonies,
78:58 For they provoked Him with their high places, And aroused His jealousy with their graven images.
78:59 When God heard, He was filled with wrath, And greatly abhorred Israel;
78:61 And gave up His strength to captivity, And His glory into the hand of the adversary.
78:63 Fire devoured His young men;, And His virgins had no wedding songs.
78:64 His priests fell by the sword;, And His widows could not weep.
78:66 And He drove His adversaries backward; He put on them an everlasting reproach.
78:70 He also chose David His servant, And took him from the sheepfolds;
78:71 From the care of the ewes with suckling lambs He brought him, To shepherd Jacob His people, And Israel His inheritance.
79:1 A Psalm of Asaph. O God, the nations have invaded ThineYour inheritance; They have defiled ThyYour holy temple; They have laid Jerusalem in ruins.
79:2 They have given the dead bodies of ThyYour servants for food to the birds of the heavens, The flesh of ThyYour godly ones to the beasts of the earth.
79:5 How long, O Lord? WiltWill ThouYou be angry forever? Will ThyYour jealousy burn like fire?
79:6 Pour out ThyYour wrath upon the nations which do not know TheeYou, And upon the kingdoms which do not call upon ThyYour name.
79:7 For they have devoured Jacob, And laid waste his habitation.
79:8 Do not remember the iniquities of our forefathers against us; Let ThyYour compassion come quickly to meet us;, For we are brought very low.
79:9 Help us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of ThyYour name; And deliver us, and forgive our sins, for ThyYour names sake.
79:10 Why should the nations say, Where is their God? Let there be known among the nations in our sight, Vengeance for the blood of ThyYour servants, which has been shed.
79:11 Let the groaning of the prisoner come before TheeYou; According to the greatness of ThyYour power preserve those who are doomed to die.
79:12 And return to our neighbors sevenfold into their bosom The reproach with which they have reproached TheeYou, O Lord.
79:13 So we ThyYour people and the sheep of ThyYour pasture Will give thanks to TheeYou forever; To all generations we will tell of ThyYour praise.
80:1 For the choir director; set to El Shoshannim; Eduth. A Psalm of Asaph. Oh, give ear, Shepherd of Israel, ThouYou who dost lead Joseph like a flock; ThouYou who artare enthroned above the cherubim, shine forth!
80:2 Before Ephraim and Benjamin and Manasseh, stir up ThyYour power, And come to save us!
80:3 O God, restore us, And cause ThyYour face to shine upon us, and we will be saved.
80:4 O Lord God of hosts, How long wiltwill ThouYou be angry with the prayer of ThyYour people?
80:5 ThouYou hasthave fed them with the bread of tears, And ThouYou hasthave made them to drink tears in large measure.
80:6 ThouYou dost make us an object of contention to our neighbors;, And our enemies laugh among themselves.
80:7 O God of hosts, restore us, And cause ThyYour face to shine upon us, and we will be saved.
80:8 ThouYou didstremoved remove a vine from Egypt; ThouYou didstdrove drive out the nations, and didstplanted plant it.
80:9 ThouYou didstcleared clear the ground before it, And it took deep root and filled the land.
80:10 The mountains were covered with its shadow;, And the cedars of God with its boughs.
