and to give relief to you thatwho are afflicted rest with us, atwhen the revelationLord ofJesus theis Lordrevealed Jesus from heaven with thehis mighty angels of his power in flaming fire, |
| 1:8 |
renderingpunishing vengeancethose towho themdont that know not God, and to themthose thatwho dont obey not the gospelGood News of our Lord Jesus:, |
| 1:9 |
who shallwill sufferpay punishment, the evenpenalty: eternal destruction from the face of the Lord and from the glory of his might, |
| 1:10 |
when he shallcomes comein that day to be glorified in his saints, and to be marvelledadmired atamong in all themthose thatwho have believed, because our testimony untoto you was believed in that day. |
| 1:11 |

not to the end that ye be not quickly shaken fromin your mind, noror yet be troubled, either by spirit, or by word, or by epistleletter as if from us, assaying that the day of theChrist Lordhas isalready just at hand;come. |
| 2:3 |
letLet no manone beguiledeceive you in any wise:way. forFor it will not be, exceptunless the fallingrebellion awaycomes come first, and the man of sin beis revealed, the son of perdition, destruction. |
| 2:4 |
heHe thatopposes opposeth and exaltethexalts himself against all that is called God or that is worshipped;worshiped, so that he sittethsits as God in the temple of God, setting himself forthup as God. |
| 2:5 |
RememberDont yeyou not, remember that, when I was yetstill with you, I told you these things? |
| 2:6 |
AndNow nowyou ye know thatwhat whichis restrainethrestraining him, to the end that he may be revealed in his own season. |
| 2:7 |
For the mystery of lawlessness doth already work:works. onlyOnly there is one thatwho restrainethrestrains now, until he beis taken out of the way. |
| 2:8 |
AndThen thenthe shalllawless one will be revealed the lawless one, whom the Lord Jesuswill shallkill slay with the breath of his mouth, and bringdestroy to nought by the manifestation of his coming; |
| 2:9 |
even he, whose coming is according to the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, |
| 2:10 |
and with all deceitdeception of unrighteousnesswickedness for themthose thatwho perish;are being lost, because they receiveddidnt notreceive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. |
| 2:11 |
AndBecause forof this, cause God sendethsends them a workingpowerful of errordelusion, that they should believe a lie:, |
| 2:12 |
that they all might be judged who believeddidnt notbelieve the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. |
| 2:13 |
But we are bound to always give thanks to God always for you, brethrenbrothers belovedloved ofby the Lord, forbecause that God chose you from the beginning untofor salvation inthrough sanctification of the Spirit and belief ofin the truth:, |
| 2:14 |
whereuntoto which he called you through our gospelGood News, tofor the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. |
| 2:15 |
So then, brethrenbrothers, stand fast, firm and hold the traditions which yeyou were taught by us, whether by word, or by epistle of oursletter. |
| 2:16 |
Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God our Father, who loved us and gave us eternal comfort and good hope through grace, |
| 2:17 |
comfort your hearts and establish themyou in every good work and word. |
| 3:1 |
Finally, brethrenbrothers, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may runspread rapidly and be glorified, even as also it is with you;, |
| 3:2 |
and that we may be delivered from unreasonable and evil men; for not all have not faith. |
| 3:3 |
But the Lord is faithful, who shallwill establish you, and guard you from the evil one. |
| 3:4 |
AndWe we have confidence in the Lord touchingconcerning you, that yeyou both do and will do the things which we command. |
| 3:5 |
AndMay the Lord direct your hearts into theGods love of God, and into the patienceperseverance of Christ. |
| 3:6 |
Now we command you, brethrenbrothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that yeyou withdraw yourselves from every brother thatwho walkethwalks disorderly,in rebellion and not after the tradition which they received offrom us. |
| 3:7 |
For yourselvesyou know how yeyou ought to imitate us:. forFor we behaveddidnt notbehave ourselves disorderlyrebelliously among you;, |
| 3:8 |
neither did we eat bread forfrom noughtanyones athand anywithout manspaying handfor it, but in labor and travail, workingworked night and day, that we might not burden any of you:. |
| 3:9 |
This was not because we dont have not the right, but to make ourselves an ensampleexample untoto you, that yeyou should imitate us. |
| 3:10 |
For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, this: If anyanyone willis not willing to work, neitherdont let him eat. |
| 3:11 |
For we hear of some thatwho walk among you disorderlyin rebellion, thatwho dont work not at all, but are busybodies. |
| 3:12 |
Now themthose thatwho are suchthat way, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that they work with quietness they work, and eat their own bread. |
| 3:13 |
But yeyou, brethrenbrothers, dont be not weary in welldoing doingwhat is right. |
| 3:14 |
AndIf if any man obeyethdoesnt notobey our word byin this epistleletter, note that man, thatand ye have no company with him, to the end that he may be ashamed. |
| 3:15 |
AndDont yet count him not as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother. |
| 3:16 |
Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in all ways. The Lord be with you all. |
